Shaazey · Account and data deletion
You can request deletion of your Shaazey account from inside the app or by contacting the team without installing or signing in to the app.
From the app
- Open Shaazey and go to Profile → Settings.
- Choose the account deletion option.
- Confirm account ownership using your password or the available email verification option, and submit your request.
A successful request disables account access and starts the account deletion process.
Without the app
Email shaazeyoffical@outlook.com with the subject Delete my Shaazey account. Include your username and the email address associated with your account. Sending from that address helps us verify ownership.
If you cannot access your account email or need to delete a phone-only account, explain that in the request so the team can arrange an ownership check. Never send a password, one-time code, identity document or private messaging key in your initial email.
What the request covers
The request covers your account and associated personal information. The deletion process removes or anonymizes account information and associated content where applicable. Content another person independently copied or created may remain outside our control.
Information that may remain
Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Backups expire under their retention schedules. Account access is disabled when a deletion request is accepted. For more details, read our privacy policy.
Questions about your request
Contact the same email address and include your username and the date of your request. We may need additional account ownership verification to protect you from unauthorized deletion requests.
