These terms apply to Shaazey, the local social app operated by BurneyDevelopers. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our privacy policy.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old. Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use an account you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not impersonate another person or organization, bypass account restrictions, or transfer access to staff tools.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You give Shaazey permission to store, process, display and deliver that content as needed to provide the service, according to your audience and privacy choices. Only upload content that you own or have permission to use. Respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property.

Community standards

Do not use Shaazey for harassment, threats, hate, fraud, illegal activities, non-consensual sexual content, exploitation, spam, or disclosure of another person’s private information without authorization. Child sexual abuse and exploitation are prohibited. Do not attempt to compromise accounts, scrape private information, disrupt the service or evade moderation.

Use the app’s reporting and blocking tools when you encounter a problem. We may review reports, restrict visibility, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and take other steps to protect members and enforce these terms. See our safety standards.

Events and local interactions

Members are responsible for information they publish and interactions they arrange. Verify details before attending an event or meeting someone. Use your judgment and take reasonable precautions in offline interactions. Shaazey does not verify every listing or guarantee another member’s conduct.

Advertising and availability

Shaazey includes advertising. Optional rewarded-ad features may be available; participation is your choice. Features and availability can vary with your device, location and release version. Live payment features are currently disabled.

We work to maintain the service, but availability may be interrupted by maintenance, failures or changes. Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

Account closure

You can request account deletion in Settings or through our outside-app deletion process. Access may be restricted when needed to address abuse, investigate a security issue or comply with law.
